Coalition Snow

A Lake Tahoe–based, women-owned ski and snowboard collective founded in 2013 by Jen Gurecki. The company was created to fill a gap in the market by producing high-performance gear designed specifically for experienced female skiers and snowboarders, challenging the traditionally male-dominated industry with locally designed and female-tested products.
